Terms of Purchase


When ordering over the internet meet purchase agreement when your payment is approved.

Prices

Prices are shown both including and excluding Swedish VAT through a selection at the top of the page. We are anyway follow the current VAT rules on the sale. For consumers in the EU are always charged Swedish VAT. All offers are valid while supplies are in stock. We reserve the right to change prices due to changes in exchange rates.

Shipping Costs

We charge shipping fees along the cost we have. The cost varies with how much you buy and where the goods will be delivered. Customers can choose the shipping method you prefer.

 

When selecting the articles are clear, shows the cost of shipping at the checkout before the purchase is completed. There may also be the choice of shipping method to be done.

Payment

Payment can be made with debit or credit card. J: sonSweden AB handles secure card payments via our partners DIBS and Paypal. Our customers in Sweden and Finland can also choose to receive an invoice with 14 days of credit through our partner Klarna. For billing option via Klarna charged a billing fee of £ 29 or € 3.

Deliveries

All system devices to tie flies is normally available for immediate delivery. Finished flies are normally available for immediate delivery, but the high demand can cause the flies temporarily run out. New patterns of finished flies will be ongoing and available for sale when they are in stock.

Delivery is available only when the card payment has been authorized to order or authorized by Klarna, if the customer has chosen that payment option.

 
Customs charges and VAT.

For orders to countries outside the EU, the consignee must pay local customs and sales tax (VAT). For sales to individuals in the EU are we charging currently Swedish VAT.

Retailers and wholesalers, outside Sweden but within EU, must provide their valid VAT number and will not be charged Swedish VAT. We only deliver to the address where the company is registered.

Right of withdrawal

Individuals always have 14 days statutory right of cancellation of your purchase made with jsonsweden.com. This means that you have a total of 14 days right of all our products and may return them within 14 days of shipment of the goods and get back the amount that is paid. The item must be in the same state, ie it must not be used but can be unpacked and inspected carefully. The merchandise must be returned in original packaging and arrive to us undamaged. The customer pays for return shipping.

Warranty

1 year warranty on the wing writer and tie pins counted from the date the goods delivered. Finished flies and other consumables such as wing is not covered under warranty.

Return Warranty handling

In return, our support, support@jsonsweden.com, has to be contacted to obtain a return number. The customer is responsible for the goods come to us as it is. Therefore, make sure the goods are packaged well, preferably in original packing or equivalent. The customer pays for return shipping.

The return is not approved until we checked the item. The approved return repaid the sum in the same manner as the payment made, the payment made by credit card joint account credited. Repayment will be made as soon as an authorized return receipt. If we not approve the return, we returns the item and shipping will be charged. Goods that will be returned without a valid return number will be returned to the customer and the freight charged.

Complaint / Error on delivery

Damage in transit

Visible damage to the goods shall be reported to our customer service e-mail: support@jsonsweden.com or the carrier within a reasonable time after receipt. Concealed damage must be reported to our customer service by phone +46 707-106848 within a reasonable time when they discovered.

Unclaimed packets

Ordered but not triggered packages are charged at full shipping and return shipping plus SEK 395 including VAT for our costs. Special Ordered products will be charged full value, as well as shipping and return shipping.

Reservation

We disclaim for: Subject to printing errors, information, errors in specifications and error in our productinformation. Pictures of flies and materials can be illustrations, and is not always an exact product's appearance or color. We reserve the right to raise or lower our prices. Markup can be, for example switching suppliers or exchange alt. state changes charges

Confidentiality and privacy

When you register as a customer, specify your personal information. In connection with your order or registration, you agree that we store and use this data to fulfill our commitment to you. We also documents all the communication we have with you to provide the service you expect from us.
J: sonSweden Ltd will not disclose your personal information to third parties. According to the PDA (Personal Data Act), you are entitled to have the information we have stored about you. If the information is inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact Customer Service.

Cookies

J: son Sweden AB uses cookies on the site to provide a smooth and well-functioning e-commerce. Cookies are used for managing your log and the contents of your shopping cart. We also use cookies to measure and optimize our marketing. Make sure that your browser accepts cookies, otherwise the services on site as they should.

Minors

We do not include contracts with minors (persons under 18 years) without parent's written consent.

Disputes

Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration administered by the Stockholms Handelskammares Skiljedomsinstitut (Institutet) in Sweden. The arbitration shall take place in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Force Majeure

Force majeure shall mean an unforeseen event that the parties can not possibly change or control, which prevents the contractor - in this case J: son of Sweden AB - to fulfill their obligations to the customer. Examples of such events include war, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, theft, fire, flood, and sabotage.
